Yes if you are using WordPress there are thousands of free themes. But this post is about using WordPress.com not self-hosted WordPress. WordPress.com offers 78 themes. If you need help finding the difference between WordPress and WordPress.com please let me know and I'll give you a hand.

A dozen, Blogger has hundreds....I didn't count them but there are many. I guess you're referring to the ones on the specific site. Here's one place to start...you can get the Wordpress.com templates too - for Blogger, that is.
